Help! I have recently purchased an early 1970's Rhodes 19. The mast was manufactured by Alspar Kenyon Marine, Guilford, CT. The mast is missing the exit block/plate where the internal main (wire/rope) halyard exits the mast above the cutty deck. The slot that is cut in the mast is approximately 6" high by 1" wide with four screw holes. I am assuming that this is where the block/plate was originaly located. In addition, the jib halyard appears to be an internal wire/rope combination like the main, but might be stuck on the sheave on the upper portion of the mast where the halyard exits to conect to the jib. Does anyone know if the the mast was designed with internal jib and main halyards? Is there supposed to be a "double" exit block/plate in the six inch slot in the mast? I have cheched Rig-Rite's web page an can not find any hardware that looks like it would work as an exit block/plate in this application. Any ideas would be helpfull Thanks. Andrew
