There are some pictures of the required hardware for running your halyards back to the cockpit in the project forum. They may be specifically for a 25', but the idea is the same. The hardware will consist of a couple of pulleys at the base of the mast, some padeyes, and some camcleats or brakes. These can be purchased at BoatUS or West Marine. Most people do run a downhaul for the jib along the outside edge of the deck, but you can probably get away with not rigging one for the mainsail. Good luck!
