Easy question, hard answer
I have a 74 model O'Day 27 and have been unsuccessful at finding any manuals or tuning specs for my boat. Of all the O'day models, only this one seems to not have had a manual published. Mine apparently was originally rigged with #5 shrouds but most have been upgraded to #6. I think the stays are #6. I was advised to check the documentation for the Loos tool for rigging tensions. Suggestion: Check ALL of your electrical connections and wiring up the mast before stepping it. You don't want to raise it only to find out that you have to unstep it again to fix wiring.
