I'm looking for the specs for my rig tension. It's been years since it's been adjusted, any help?

That's a pretty good guide. I would add the Catalina boat manual which also has a good description. You can get the manual on the C30 Association website or the C25, C34, C36 sites, too, since the single spreader rigs are the same.
