Rhode Island Winter Storage

I'm considering moving my boat down to RI for winter storage. The weather is nicer compared to midcoast Maine, spring comes alot sooner & it's much closer to home.
I'm looking for recommendations on yards that are reasonably priced & allow one to work on their own boat.

I am at Safe Harbor Greenwich Bay marina, and you can do your own work except shrinkwrapping. Reasonably priced and marinas don't go together very well. I think winter storage is about $55/ft. Haul, wash, block, and relaunch.
