the lens part of one of my hatches has come away from the rubber seal. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it.

Remove hatch cover intact. Take it to a local glass company that can do plexi/lexan work.
I had two of mine redone in Florida with new lenses.
If it just needs to be re-installed they should be able to do it reasonably.
