They are water proof caps to seal something. Maybe a radio fitting either antenna or mike. Or an electrical connection like wires going into the deck near the mast.
They are threaded to fit together, with both male and female parts. Maybe garden hose fittings? If there was a hole in either part, I'd call it a weld-in bung.
Pill box. Put your nitro pills in them and screw the male and female together and you'll never get them wet while changing the headsail to a storm jib.
Or, you can cap off a sink faucet that is below the waterline when going away for the season.

If you have my luck, they are spare parts for a piece of obsolete equipment the PO replaced five years before you bought the boat! But ... I guarantee that two weeks after you through these in the trash, you will find they are indispensable for storing some piece of equipment that you currently own. Your choice on bad luck.
They are most certainly thing-a ming jings that attach to the doohickey to facilitate the raising of the Whomper ( but keep this top secret, no reason to let the other boats know what you are up to)
The one in the link from apex is EXACTLY what I cap mine with when the mast is down. Thats what I was thinking the op's picture was, I was going to attatch a picture of mine, but that its the same.
