Hunter 19 Ross Barnett Reservoir
I have a 19 foot quest built in 1984. On a recent outing the retractable keel was completely lost. I looked on the website and a replacement centerboard cost more than boat is worth. I please need measurements to fabricate a centerboard or options of used ones that are more financially feasible for my situation.

Not sure about the keel for a H19, but the keel for a H22 was made by Foss Foam in FL. Its possible that they were the OEM for your keel too. I don't have contact info handy, if you can look in some of the recent postings about keels and its in there.

here is where I bought mine from... Al is really great and got mine done quick. I know I didn't want to pay for it either, but just the materials are going to run you 500-600... not to mention the 5-6 days, and that assuming you know how to... I didn't!... :)

Bob Walker's father started that company and made all the rudders and centerboards for Hunter over the years. He is good to work with and above all honest. I am not sure but probably still has that mold for the 1980's 19. It either came built or in a kit form which many bought the kit back then. It was the last kit boat from Hunter.
