The electrical wiring will probably need to be replaced. The bulkheads may or may not need replacing, depending on what they are made of and how long they were submersed.
Most of the upholstery and cushions will probably be toast.
Yes, it is feasible, and it really depends on how long the boat was submerged for. The longer the submersion, the more work it is going to be. It also depends on how deeply the boat was submerged.Not sure how to post a new subject. Just went through Ike boat did'nt fare so well at the Marina.
