Boy, did I step on a hornet's nest when I mentioned that I would be upgrading my O'Day 22. I wanted topside handrails to be Starboard-type polymers, and wherever possible, to use newer, cleaner looking materials. Two fellows I work with went off about restoring the boat to it's original 1973 appearance. Nah. I'd rather take advantage of the last 27 years' advances in materials, and finishes. Anyone out there have any ideas on newer materials, flooring, wall coverings, etc.?
