Sorry I have not responded to your inquiry concerning my boat slip but I just saw it in the archieves. I don't mind telling you what I pay for a slip at Portofino. I pay $300/ month for a 40' slip. If you don't draw 4' or more you may be able to get one for less because part of the marina has a problem with the channel leading to Clear Lake Channel. Not the marina's doing but still their problem. Talk to Lynda at Portofino and she can give you all the details. hope this helps. Tom s/v At Last
