They have instructions and new molding to go on the inside. Did mine over the winter. Good news, you don't dismantle them. I used a silicone window sealant instead of the product they recommended. Found it at Autozone, its a flowable silicone, comes in a 2-3 oz blue squeeze tube. It is meant for resealing auto windows.
