Request for headroom/sailboat

Iam interested in purchasing a 27 to 30 foot sailboat with at least 6'2" head room. Would like to hear any comments on a boat with this parameter.

The Hunter 28 (not 280) and new 290

My Hunter 28 (1991) has that headroom I am 6'2" and have no problem with head room.I have not been in a 290, but it shows 6'2" as headroom.Be aware that the 280 had 6'1" head room and I had to stoop when aboard.Regards.Bruce.Neon Moon

Better yet

I'm 6'5". I would suggest you get a boat that you can't stand up in, and sit down and be waited on. (note: to the people at our sailing club that visit this site - don't even think about relaying this to my wife. It could ruin everything)
