A few years back, a critique on anchor shackles and chain. I seem to recall they talked about the different grades that are available. They often list suppliers of the items reviewed at the end of the articles. Do you have back issues? I can check at home tonight, but also go to their website for downloadable past articles.Don

I think I recall that high-test shackles could be found at a commercial rigging supplier who supplies materials for contractors, builders, and manufacturers. Rick D.
