Hello,
My Perkins M30 has developed leaks in the heat exchanger and exhaust elbow. The boatyard says they are unable to get the replacement parts. Does anyone have these items, or kno

Gotomarine lists the heat exchanger online for $900 and appears available. The elbow is noting unique and can fabricated from commonly available parts.

@Don S/V ILLusion is spot on about the elbow.

Bowman makes many heat exchangers for marine engines. You might examine the one you have to see if it still has your branded label.

That’s what the elbow is -plumbing parts!

I used Stainless pipe fabrication done locally. Pipe threaded to exhaust manifold.
