Replacing thru-hull from anchor locker on 25.5

The plastic through hull from the anchor locker on my 25.5 need to be replaced as the exterior portion of the fitting has cracked off. I am not sure of how to replace it or how to measure it for size. Thanks, Jeremy

I have the same problem and have not been able to find a replacement.
