We're trying to replace the stuffing box hose on 1986 C27. It seems to be a 1 5/8 id hose. All we can find is 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 hose. Has anybody replaced this hose on c 27 and what size did you use?

You need special reinforced hose for this, and you may do a search on this message board "fabric reinforced hose" - IIRC there was a recent post about this.
