Replacing the rollers while the boat is safely moored

'D like to replace the keel rollers this summer. Wanting to stay with the current configuration, because it works, does any one know where I could find replacement parts for these, pictured.

you could try etrailer.com but I am guessing you will have a hard time matching these. can you paint them and just replace the roller and bolt?

There are in my old stomping grounds. I remember when they opened back in the 80's, and they actually sold sailboat hardware.

But now they are good for trailer parts...

Yup I've looked, really I've really not found anything close..
My first Idea was to just replace the roller shaft but the shaft is welded in at one end and it's hard to tell is its a nut or knurled over at the other end. I've contemplated cutting and drilling it out if worst comes to worst. what are your thoughts?
