Replacing your Sole - Secular version
That was my winter project this year. I only had to replace the large section in the main saloon and was able to refinish and reuse the small section under the table on the starboard side so I only needed 1 sheet. If your planning to do the entire boat I "think" you'll need 3 full sheets. After I removed the benches, water and holding tanks etc. The floor came right out. If yours is as "soggy" as mine was be very careful to try and get it out intact so you can use it as a pattern. The large main section will still have to be cut to get it out of the companionway. I cut between 7"-10" off the port side. Let me know if you'd like the exact measurement.I applied several coats of epoxy to the underside and edges of the new sole, dremmelled out the weep holes while I had the floor up and also ran lines fore and aft and side to side for future electrical projects. I also drilled a 1" hole in the bottom of the table floor bracket and try to leave it open whenever I'm away.
