replacing teak deck rails

I need to replace some very tired teak deck rails on my Catalina 30. Mine are 73" long with fasteners at 11.5" apart. All I can find are smaller centers which would not line up to my present holes. Any suggestions as to where I can find replacements. I checked with Defender but they are not sure of what the spacings are???
