When I brought my boat to be service the servicing agent busted a stanchon. I was goint to weld it back on, but couldn't figure how to get the 2 water side screws out? The 3rd screw I could bet out because I saw access to the bolt holding the screw down. Any idea on how to get the stanchon deck plate off so I can weld the pieces together?
