I think my old Groco head (probably a 1985 with upgrades) is ready for replacement, as it no longer moves much fresh water into the bowl. My understanding is that the new Groco head that replaces my model has different mounting holes. Given the fact that no matter what I put in I am going to have to drill new holes, what do you recommend? I am interested in a head that will fit the space in a C30 as well as the current Groco head does.

anything but Jabsco!

Robert: I would suggest almost anything other than a Jabsco or a port-a-potti.

These Two Suggestions

Both are Raritans. The PH-II has an excellent reputation. WM for $290. The Cricket is new and Peggy likes the bottom-mounted double action pump. $230 at WM. FWIW, the new Groco HF is listed at $210. Good luck. (I gotta get out of these head discussions..) Rick D.
