Looks to me like I have to remove the rear bulkhead to get at the bilge. Somebody said I can do it through the lazarette, which I assume is the opening where the battery, etc., is. Don't see how this is possible. Any easier way than removing the bulkhead?

I don't remember seeing the bilge pump (that's what you're talking about right?) when looking around the battery compartment, but then again I wasn't really looking for it. The port side lazarette in the cockpit ends right next to the pump-- you'll have to cut it to get to the pump. You can also ask/search here: http://www.catalina-capri-25s.org/forum/ .
