Has anybody replaced the Galley floor in a Hunter Passage 450 or have any idea how to approach this project? Do I need to remove all of the cabinetry and how would this be best done? Any help would be appreciated.

Why not replace it with teak and holly laminate on marine plywood? Make a pattern, cut it out, install and seal. You can purchase this product in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" with laminate thicknesses from 0.75 mm - 2 mm. I just covered my galley and hallway on a boat with 3/8" thick marine plywood with 2 mm teak and holly laminate. Looks great, water resistant and easy to clean. I am planning to replace the main salon and v-berth with this same flooring next. I purchased the material from World Panel in Florida 561-840-0500. It comes in 4’ x 10’ x 3/8" sheets with 2 mm teak and holly veneer. Contact me for photos.

Thanks Stephen, I plan to do simular to your suggestion. My issue is that the galley sole extends under the cupboards and I would like to get some suggestions on how to remove the galley cupboards if this is what is required, or if there is a short cut to getting the floor out..

But it's slow going. Keep checking for fasteners everywhere.
Take it slow.? Don't force stuff. They didn't have to force it together.
