replacing floor in galley

I am needing to replace the Teak and Holly plywood floor in the galley of my '83 Hunter 34. I see that the flooring goes under the cabinet under the sinks as well as under the engine compartment. Anyone done this before that can shed a light on any short cuts or things to watch out for? Thanks.

I used Lonseal teak and holly. It's used on production boats nowdays.

Nope, no shortcuts.

Sorry. During that era, when Hunter built our boats (I have a 40) they installed the floor first and then built the cabinetry on top.
