Replacing engine mounts on '86 H34

I'm about to tackle replacing the engine mounts on my 3GM30F. As fellow H34 owners know, that area is only accessible from the front and from the quarter berth access just aft of the transmission. My plan is to lift the engine using a come-along block and tackle supported by a 4x4 over the companionway hatch. I think the most difficult part will be accessing and securing the nuts on the underside of the mounts. I'm looking tips, tricks, and advice from anyone whom has tackled this before.

TIA.

Couple of notes from my changeout a couple of years ago:
Measure and record the distance from the underside of the engine mount bracket to the angle iron that the mount bolts to
Use that measurement to get the alignment to a close starting point with the new mounts.
I used a small automotive scissors jack with a couple of plywood plates under the oil pan instead of hanging the engine.
Some folks have used a basketball or soccer ball under the pan and inflated it to lift the engine.
If using the Yanmar mounts, note the front and rear are different.. Make sure they go in the right place.
I did only two at a time. Fore then aft. I removed the top nuts on all 4 mount studs to give me some wiggle room when lifting the ends of the engine..
Not a fun one but not too bad.. Good Luck.

Update....DANG. I feel I work hard to ensure I do things right. I talked to others and solicited information about mounts for my 3GM30F. Even the engine mount website confirmed 100 for the front and 75 for the back. I just pulled the back off and they are 100 also. Can anyone confirm the '86 H34 with a 3GM30F had 75 mounts on the back? I guess it's possible a PO (for whatever reason) changed the back to 100s. I need to determine if I'm okay putting the 75s on.

TIA.

So, I have this problem, but I also have another problem. The bolts holding my angle iron on have loosened from the years of vibration on bad mounts!!!

You can see the separation between the angle iron and the bolts on my port side. Its almost an 1/8" at this point and getting bigger as it continues to loosen.

I drilled an exploratory hole on top of the stringer next to the companion way steps to put my camera into.
Apparently, these fiberglass stringers are a complete void, a fiberglass box. Hunter used nuts on the back side of these, and I have no way of tightening this. Any other suggestions from anyone other than cutting the backside of the stringer from the quarterberth to get a socket on the nut so I can lift the engine and tighten these?? Video to show the nut spinning...

In the video on the bottom right it almost looks like the wood panel that the quarter berth door attaches to actually might enclose this stringer? Does anyone know or has anyone had to handle this issue?

I ran into this problem and had to remount the angle bar. I ended up removing a 6 inch high panel in the aft berth. behind the doors. eventually I'll replace it and add a thin teak strip to cover the cut.

Completed. Took a little time to spruce up the angle iron brackets with some Yanmar green.
