Replacing electric control box H23

after 23 years of service I have broken the pastic tips off the toggle switches in the box on my H23. Any sugggestions on the repair? Are there replacement toggle switches that will work? Should I replace the whole box?

I know this doesn't answer your question, but this is what I have on my H23. The switches don't look like they'll ever break off. Fuses may blow and power may get drained, but the switches should be there awhile.

Sounds like a good excuse to buy a new panel, one with a cigarette lighter socket or two. I have an h23 and I've found 'em at West Marine that fit the box.

I replaced a few fuse holders on my H23, but not the toggles - I'll wait til they break. I wired a cig lighter socket into the wood bulkhead below the stbd settee, since I had a spare Aux switch. I have been thinking about some sort of clear plastic cover that would hinge, like clear acrylic - but have not dome anything.
