I have water-damaged teak laminated(?) flooring which needs to be replaced in my 1994 Catalina 270. I cannot find replacement flooring and was wondering if someone sold after-market flooring? If not, how easy is it to find the materials and cut a new flooring by myself?

Where are you located ?

I'd try: H&L Marine Inc Cabinets and Millwork 2965 E. Harcourt St. Rancho Dominguez, CA 90221 323-636-1718 First, they may have made the originals and might have the pattern for pre-cut pieces. Otherwise shouldn't be too tough to make with some time and basic skills, it's just 1/4 or 3/8 ply with a teak & holly veneer. I'd try re-finishing the old ones, just be aware the veneer is thin and the whole piece will warp in an instant if you remove it from high humidity to low.
