Replacing cutlass bearing of 1987 First 305

I recently had a pre-survey performed on a 1987 Beneteau First 305. The Surveyor recommended that I replace a cutlass bearing.

Question
1. What should I purchase as the cutlass bearing replacement, do I have options.

2. Where can I purchase it from?

3. Is there a documented process on cutlass bearing replacement including helpful tips/hints.
