I would go the small boat forum section. The centerboard will have to be removed first and that means lifting the boat off the trailer. Underneath the cover at the base of the compression post, you will need to remove the large SS bolt. Then you will need to remove the centerboard and housing which generally you will need to work it out by loosening it. This simply entails holding the centerboard and shaking it sideways.
On the straps with the boat up in the air, make sure they are tied together so the straps will not come off. The line replacement is 7/16 inch and NOT 1/2 or you will be sorry.
When putting the new line on, there are two rollers that will be held in place on the bracket with duck tape. YOu can go to the forum boat information and look on the 23.5 line direction for this. When reinstalling the bolt, make sure it goes in easily. Never force it. When back in place, put A bead of 5200 around the bolt. Known this boat since the very first and sold maybe 20 to 25% of the production line.
