Replacing a Hunter 25.5 pop top

Seconding what Tom suggests. Even if you have to grind deep into the cracks, and/or add some supports to reduce flexing, and/or repaint the thing, and replace the seal, it will still be alot cheaper than buying a new one.
It's relatively easy to work with fiberglass and gel-coat, and a carefully-repaired pop-top will be every bit as durable as a new one.

Fix the pop top
It would be cheaper and easier to fix the pop top. If you don't do fiberglass repair, take it to a fiberglass repair shop. They will strengthen it and make it look like new.
And, since you already have the original pop top, it is not that hard to make a mold of it from it and then make another part. I have done that many times with a lot of success. Of course it is cheaper if you do it yourself rather than paying someone else to do it, but you do have alternatives here.
