replacine prop

looking to replace the prop, " which is TOO large " on my H-30.have a yanmar ysm-12 with a 14/12 3 blade wheel. From what i was told at hunter, she came witha 13/10 2 blade at factory.pondering between cutting down the 3 blade to 13/10 or going back to 2 blade.Any suggestions?

need to go to a good prop shop

and have the run all the data on there computer and they can either cut your's down or get you the correct size.

Thanks Ian for the ifo and photo, I called westbynorth ad got a quote of $415.00 plus shipping. They assured med of less vibration over 2 blade with less prop walk.Wondering what kind of speed your getting under normal conditions.Are you getting hull speed at less than full throttle?currently im getting abt 5-6 mph.with 14/12 3 blade prop.
