replacement windows for 2003 Hunter 260

Good morning everyone,

My 2003 H260's starboard window has bowed out and needs to be re-caulked. My boat guy just called and the window has the bow has taken a set. He is trying to heat it and flatten it but in the event we are unsuccessful, where can I buy a replacement? I looked in the site's store but didn't see anything. I have checked with my selling dealer but they no longer do much with Hunter and Im not sure if Marlow-Hunter still makes these parts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Besides finding a replacement it might be recommended to try and find out the reason why it bowed in the first place. Any softness around the frame? Have you considered making a template and getting a shop to cut you a replacement?

The reason it bowed is because only part of the caulk separated allowing the window to bow. I wish I had a photo, it would be obvious as to why. Yes I have considered having one made although I would like for that to be my last option tho. My boat guy is a fiberglass and body guy by trade so I think he would have told me if there was any softness around the window. I'll have to ask him tho.

One thing is the correct sealant to use. Ok guys please chime in as to the correct one as Ian having a brain fart

Dow Corning 795, earlier I was having trouble finding out what color I had received. That is until I turned it over and looked at the bottom and saw it was black, then I realized it was written across the top of the tube as well.
