Help, My aluminum holding tank on my 189 Hunter 30G has failed and needs replacement. I will probably order a replacement from RONCO but need more info. Scott at Ronco asked me to contact Hunter for a drawing but their drawings did not match my tank. My tank is in strapped down inside the cabinet next to the toilet. Thanks Steve

Steve:

I would suggest that you take the dimensions of the tank and layout the intake, outtake and vent locations. Depending on the additonal space that you may have you may be able to move the fittings around.

I suggest you go through the Ronco catalog to find...

...the closest replacement in it for your existing tank...or MAYBE even one that fits a different location if there's a better place to put it (boat builders usually put holding tanks where it's most convenient for THEM, rarely if ever where it should go). 'Cuz if you have Ronco or any other tank mfr custom make a one-off identical replacement, it's gonna cost you an arm and a leg!

found my tank. thanks

It turns out that once I send a drawing of my tank to RONCO they found a mold they already had. And guess what, they call it their Hunter 30G mold. For $160 plus shipping I am back in business. RONCO is great to work with. Thanks Steve
