Replacement sleeve for companion way doors

Hi,
We have a hunter356 and need to find a replacement sleeve that holds our companion way pieces. I have attached a picture of what the boat had when we bought it. This is secured to the inside of the lazerette . I dont know if this is a standard piece that can be bought or needs to be made.

I can't tell if ours is the same or not; I think it might be a little more rugged than the one in the photo.

Phil,
We have a two piece.. Upper is the smoked glass and the bottom half teak..The sleeve that I showed in picture has two pockets..Back pocket is around 30 wide, 18 deep, the front pocket is 24" wide, 16 deep..Our boat is 356 2002..I might just have to have someone make this for me. Not sure if this is stock made. Thank you for your help..Any other thoughts?

Any canvas shop can make one, if you have a sewing machine you can DIY. Very easy construction, you can pattern off the original or get creative and make our any way you want. Don't think there would be a standard one, unless Hunter sells one, it would be different for every model of boat.
