My 1970 Santana 21 has a rudder off the transom. During a sailing adventure this fall, the rudder split in two and I wasn't able to retrieve the lower part. Anyone have dimensions for the rudder and/or suggestions on building a replacement? I've contacted Schock - they have a replacement - but I want to check out other alternatives before I buy from them (shipping to midwest from CA will be 1/2 the cost of the rudder!). Thanks for ideas!
