Replacement Rub Rail

I had a chunk of rub rail break off when the boat was launched last week. Any ideas out there for finding a replacement (O'Day 35). I was hoping to find and exact match thinking I could splice in a short section and not replace the entire rail. I'm positive I can match it up and look ok but I can't find anything on the net that looks similar. The rail is rigid vinyl with a black rubber insert. I suppose after 18 years the vinyl is brittle from the sun so maybe a complete replacement is in order, I'd rather be sailing than working.Thanks,Dave

Hi Dave: James is right, I have an 034 with the same rails. I had a "misadventure" a couple of years ago and cracked a section out of mine. Rudy had it on the way and to me in less than a week. The best I remember, it wasn't that expensive.
