My 2001 361 has excessive prop walk in reverse and I would like to replace it with a prop that will limit the prop walk. I would welcome advice and suggestions as to what replacement props others have found work best.
Ben : I've had great sucess with the "flex-a- fold" prop that I installed on Winpipe. (2001 Bene/361 hull #171) By going from 3 blades to 2, the propwalk is a bit less. The boat also sails much better. Regards, Paul Ouellette, S/V Winpipe, Windsor Ontario. P/S What's your hull # ??
I have a 3 bladed autoprop om my 361 amd highly recommend it. No prop walk at all. Very efficient when motoring and seems efficeient when sailing, but its hard to compare because I've used it from commissining. There is a very helpful Practical Sailor article a few years ago.
