Replacement ports

I need the outside replacement ports for a Starwind 22...since this is a disc. company, I'm having trouble finding. I couldn't find anything in my Defender catalog or at West Marine...I would appreciate any suggestions for locating these parts.

Try Beckson & Bomar/Gray

Hi Tom,We have a Starwind 27 and I think you have similar ports. For the ports, I would go to the Beckson website and check out the "Newport" series. They have the 90/45 and 90/75 combination that fits my old ports perfectly. I haven't replaced mine yet but they need replacement badly and I am planning on going that route. I did replace my hatch. The original was from Gray Industries which I couldn't find anything about until I found the Pompanette LLC website that has Bomar/Gray hatches. I selected the "Sea Breeze" Cruising Hatch and the 20-1/8" x 20-1/8" opening replaced my original perfectly without any need to modify the coach roof opening. I hope these work for yours!

what brand are your old ports?

Tom,If your existing ports are Gray or Bomar you can go to Pompanette and get replacements. (A Google search will find their web-ste for you)A lot of "boat accessory" companies have been absorbed by other companies that are still in business and continue to make the older products. If you don't know the brand name of your original ports you may find some at Pompanette that have the same dimensions.BTW, we sailed at Rocky Fork for years....tell everyone the 'olde furry dude' said HI.steve

I found that Defender has a lot more items than they have in their catalog. They might have just what your looking for.Dan
