replacement parts for deck hardware

I am restoring a 1973 Pearson Yawl and would like to find some deck hardware to refit it properly.

The Schaefer stanchions (2) need replacement and they are unique. There is a black cap on the top of each otherwise they are standard. Does someone know a source?

There hinges for the cockpit lockers and deck hatches (midships) are in bad need of replacement or rechroming. I prefer to replace them if I found a decent source. Any suggestions?
