Our 1980 Hunter 27 has these tiny (cold water only) faucets in the galley and head with a single pot metal bar handle. One of the seats is shot and it drips. In my extensive catalog collection I can't find one as small.

I replaced my faucet two years ago for the same reasons. It took some digging, but scandvik was the original manufacturer and was able to supply a replacement that fit the plumbing adapters. WWW.SCANDVIK.COM

I can't tell exactly what the item in your post looks like, but J C Whitney has a decent inventory in the RV section of their catalog. It's on line as well. I found an exact replacement for a faucet in my 240, and I believe it was less that $25. Good luck.
