replaceing rub rail

I'm trying to find the cost to replace the alum. rub rail. I was told it could take up to 50 hrs due to geting to the bolt and nuts used to hold the deck to hull joint. I'm told you have to take out some of the cabinets.

I'd estimate 15 hours max. You can do it yourself. Just time and patience. You don't have to remove any cabinets if you remove the port side rail. I'm not familiar with what's required on the sarboard side.
