I am getting ready to attempt to replace the portholes on my 1980 Catalina 30. If any one has done that recently or has any info on the best way to proceed please let me know.
Hi , I had a port leaking in the head. I just took it apart with the screws from the inside, then popped the window out,(fell out easy)cleaned and recocked around the hole. Hey it was real easy and it don't leak now. I was always thinking the window was leaking where the two plates were sealed, but this is not usally the case. Brad.
