I know there isn't any advertising in this part of the forum. That being said, my cutlass bearing went bad with another prop which I changed earlier. My diver told me the cutlass bearing was bad, and I wasn't happy about paying to pull the boat to change it. My diver informed me of another diving company in the Tampa Bay Are that changes the cutlass bearing in the water. "Down Under Dive Service" in Largo, Fl. They came out spent an hour and a half under the boat, $200 labor. I bought the bearing from this site. It saved me about $200+ to do it out of the water.
I just thought if any one in this area needs this done and doesn't need a bottom job might like the convenience. The guy was pleasant and professional. I won't give the number, no advertising, but they are in the St Pete phone book. He says they go as far north as New Port Richey and as far south as Venice. I was very happy to find out about this service. Thought you might be too.
