Replace Windlass Hunter 38 (2005)

I am looking to Replace the SL windlass on my Hunter 38 (2005), I am aware of a shop in England for replacement parts, however, I am looking to replace the whole thing. I would appreciate the details from people who have gone through this process. What replacement model did you go with and what modifications to the boat did you have to make. I am also looking to go to an all chain rod and would like to know how many feet of chain fit in the locker.

I am still running my SL Anchorman since 1997. I have replaced the motor and the spindle bearings and seals.
I use all chain (5/16 G4) and my locker holds 165 feet easily. This is in a 1997 h40.5.
But check out an article in Practical Sailor that claims new windlass' are "Minimal duty". You might be better off doing a rebuild.
