I am pulling the lining off the bulkheads ain the cabin areas and am wondering what specifically others have used for replacement habric. I have heard that hunter started using vynil over the last 10 years. It is laid over foam. Does anyone have some ideas and/or experience with this problem?

Foam on the Hull

About 4 years ago, we pulled the "rug" material off the hull in the quarter berth of our 1983 H31. We inquired with our dealer about a replacement. We discovered that Hunter used a light colored foam material on some of their late model boats. We ordered some from our dealer, and we were told to simply glue it in place. However, many of the glues contain toxic fumes and working in the quarter berth presented a problem. We found a non-toxic glue made by Elmer's that comes in a can and can be painted on the hull with a brush or roller. We were happy with the results.
