Replace Lewmar winches on O'Day 27

I'd like to replace the exisitng winches with 2-speed self-tailing winches. Anyone know where i could find used winches in good shape?

Don't want to discourage you, but.. 2 speed, ST winches are rarely changed out, unlike standard winches... so your only hope would be a salvage yard... and you'll still pay a big price. If you do find some, I'd be interested to know.
