Replace anchor well hatch

I've got a purchase pending on 1989 37' Legend. The anchor well hatch and slide bolt need to be replaced. Is there a source for these parts?

The hatch is no longer available; the mold is long gone. We're workin on the handle now and it should be ready by summer.

Thank-you, Phil, for the quick reply. I just joined and am enjoying the site. Looks like the hatch will be a custom repair.

I am also trying to find a stock Hunter folding settee table. Maybe that is a custom also?

It is, I'm afraid. The good news is that wood work is easy to have done locally and you can get exactly what you want.
