There was a thread somewhere in the forums a few weeks ago about repairing the wood core around windows, where the wood had rotted due to water leaks. I can't seem to find that thread now; does anyone have a link to it, or to other threads on this subject? Thanks, Jack

Here is one link.

The Related Link is one example. I found it by doing a "Forum Archive" search on "portlight" just for the H37C. Be sure to check all the boxes for all the years. You will find more than you have time to read. Short version: the coring will be 1) dry and solid(unlikely), 2) damp(possibly), 3) wet and rotten(likely), or 4) completely missing. For 1 and 2 simply soak with "Git-Rot". For 3 and 4 replace with marine plywood soaked in epoxy.
