Thanks, Pat. I originally thought the tank was the culprit and indeed found a split in the copper supply line near the deck inlet. My tank is good plus at this stage, empty. It's the keel bolts, unfortunately. Thanks so much for the suggestion. I've had amazing luck with this boat. It sat on stands for 2 to 3 years with out being touched. It was absolutely black inside with diesel, mold, mildew, and dirt. With simple green, oxyclean, a tad of bleach, and some water, the interior looks like a five year old boat. The hull was so neglected, oxidation had hidden the grey hull from recognition. Now it shines like a new car. The diesel runs perfectly. I'm a novice, though. I could have changed out my thru hulls, and cleaned and painted the bottom had I asked around. Now I'm on a good sized lake with no working marina and no real working sailboat retail community. It's unreasonably expensive to haul out because they have to come up from the coast. Then, being on a water source, limits the work allowed in marina. There are no containment areas for work to be done on the hard, either. Anyway, this has led me down a path of learning about my boat, in a way I hadn't expected, but it's continuing to be a blast and something I'm enjoying as much as sailing.
